<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by ERIK M. NIELSEN AND LISA R. NIELSEN, HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS as Trustor to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE
<br />TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION as Trustee for the benefit of THE
<br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated FEBRUARY 10, 1998 and recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page
<br />or Instrument No. 98- 101314 and beneficial interest in said Deed
<br />of Trust was assigned to FIRST COMMERCE MORTGAGE COMPANY by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument No. 98- 101315
<br />has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested
<br />the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty,
<br />to the persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the written request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitle thereto all the estate and interest
<br />held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described property:
<br />LOT FIFTEEN (15), MORNINGSIDE ACRES THIRD SUBDIVISION, IN
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
