<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Christopher P Meister and Natalie
<br />H Meister, husband and wife and John P Meister and Patricia JMeister, husband and wife
<br />to United Nebraska Bank Trustee for the
<br />benefit of United Nebraska Bank , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated July 29, 1998 and recorded August 4, 1998 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska , in Book at
<br />Page or Document No. 98-107568 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
