DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200105414
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by �\
<br />Pauline A Williams, A Single Person ("Borrower") HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF NEBRASKA, Trustee for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS Cti
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF NEBRASKA, the Beneficiary named therein dated December
<br />30. 1998 and recorded December 30, 1998 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 98- 112956 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been
<br />paid and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />property:
<br />The Easterly 30.5 Feet of Lot One (1), Block One -Forty -Five (145) in Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging
<br />to such premises.
