<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RUDOLF F PLATE AND
<br />JEANNICE R PLATE, HUSBAND AND WIFE to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated DECEMBER 31,1996 and recorded
<br />JANUARY 2, 1997 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Document No. 97- 100031 of
<br />the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
