<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ROBERT H. POLLOCK,S U
<br />Trustee of the Testamentary Trust of Anita J. Sorensen, and
<br />pursuant to authority granted him by the Last Will and Testament
<br />of Anita J. Sorensen, Deceased, Grantor, in consideration of
<br />TWENTY -THREE THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($23,000.00) in hand
<br />paid to him by the Grantee, hereby grants, bargains, conveys and
<br />confirms unto HARLAN D. SORENSEN AND JANICE K. RATHMAN, Co-
<br />Trustees of the Jennifer J. Sorensen Trust created pursuant to
<br />Article VII, Paragraph B.3., of the Oswald Sorensen Revocable
<br />Trust dated September 27, 1990, as amended September 27, 1994;
<br />May 8, 1995; March 4, 1996, and September 2, 1998, Grantee, the
<br />following described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Pollock Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together
<br />with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, unto the said
<br />Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever.
<br />And the said Grantor, for himself and his heirs, executors
<br />and administrators, does covenant with the Grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns, that he has not made, done, executed or
<br />suffered any act or thing whosoever, whereby the above described
<br />premises or any part thereof now or at any time hereafter shall
<br />be imperiled, charged or encumbered in any manner whatsoever; and
<br />the title to the above described premises against all persons
<br />lawfully claiming the same from, through or under him, the said
<br />Grantor will forever warrant and defend.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Robert H. Pollock, Trustee of the
<br />Testamentary Trust of Anita J. Sorensen has caused these presents
