<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by MATTHEW V
<br />SHEPPARD AND BARBARA E SHEPPARD HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 7/24/96 2/25/00
<br />7/24/00 and recorded 8/26/96 3/10/00 7/31/00 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Sd
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 96- 106619 200001940 200006159 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SIX (6), BLOCK ELEVEN (11), ASHTON PLACE, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
