U-1 co U-1 O cr) 200005756 EXTENSION AGREEMENT 4n This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 18th day of November, 1999, by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, M hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and DOUGLAS J REMAN AND NANETTE P REDMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: LOT FIFTEEN (15), BLOCK ONE (1), PONDEROSA LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated SEPTEMBER 17, 1999, and filed for record on SEPTEMBER 21, 1999, in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as Document # 0099109318 WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of MAY 1, 2030; WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby extended to AUGUST 1, 2030. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
