Lender is a CORPORATION organized and existing under the <br />laws of THE STATE OF NEBRASKA. Lender's address is 2925 W. STOLLEY PARK RD., GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA 68801. Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE jaMPAW. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated JUNE 1, 2001. The Note states that <br />Borrower owes Lender FIFTY -SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY AND 00 /100ths Dollars <br />(U.S.$56,650.00) plus interest.
