DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Billy L. Johnson and Susan P. Johnson, Husband and Wife Trustor, to \ - 6
<br />Heritage Bank f /k /a Bank of Wood River Trustee, for the r o
<br />benefit of Heritage Bank f /k /a Bank of Wood River the Beneficiary ,
<br />named herein, dated April 7. 1998 ,199 and recorded
<br />April 17 ,199 8 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 98- 103605 has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does be these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said -Trust Deed in the following described premises but
<br />only as to such premises:
<br />Lot One (1), except the Northerly Eighty -Five (85) feet thereof, and the East
<br />Twenty -Five (25) feet of Lot Two (2), except the Northerly Eighty -Five (85)
<br />feet thereof, in Block Four (4), Dodd and Marshall's Addition to Wood River,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
