WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />dated JULY 15, 1993 and recorded JULY 15, 1993, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number, 93- 105990 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
