<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RUDOLF F PLATE AND Q
<br />JEANNICE R PLATE HUSBAND AND WIFE AND TIM C PLATE AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL to UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated
