DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Construction Deed of Trust executed by TIM C PLATE C
<br />AND CURT L RATLIFF, BOTH UNMARRIED INDIVIDUALS to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the
<br />benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated November 2, 2000 and recorded
<br />November 7, 2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, as DOCUMENT # 0200009771
<br />of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT THIRTY -THREE (33), WESTWOOD PARK FOURTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
