<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Somphone
<br />Bouasym and Mamvanh Bouasym, husband and wife, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee for the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC., BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated October 28th, 1998 and recorded November 2, 1998 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 110744 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these present, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said DEED OF TRUST in the following described premises but only
<br />as to such premises:
