CORRECTIVE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />Concord Development, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, Grantor, in <br />consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration <br />received from Grantee, Farmers State Bank at Dodge, Nebraska, quitclaims and <br />conveys to Grantee the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. <br />§76 -201): <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Crane Valley Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor: <br />1. is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except easements, covenants and restrictions of record; <br />2. has the legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />3. warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons claiming the same or any part thereof through, by or under Grantor. <br />This deed is being given to clarify the exact name of the grantee contained on <br />the Special Warranty Deed dated June 22, 2000. <br />Executed this d-9 day of June, 2000. <br />CONCORD DEVELOPMENT, LLC <br />B• <br />rence S.
