<br />On or about April 29, 1993, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Mutual Life Insurance
<br />Company. The Assignment was recorded April 30, 1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,

<br />On or about August 1, 1994, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment
<br />was recorded September 26, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument

<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
