<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default fled for record March 26, 2001, and recorded in
<br />the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200102433. Said Notice of S•
<br />Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Javier G. Paz, a single person, as Trustor, in which Home Federal
<br />Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island is named as Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack is the Trustee. The c'
<br />Deed of Trust was thereafter fled for record April 30, 1993 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 93- 103430.
<br />On or about April 29, 1993, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Mutual Life Insurance
<br />Company. The Assignment was recorded April 30, 1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 93- 103432.
<br />On or about August 1, 1994, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment
<br />was recorded September 26, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 94- 107936.
<br />Christopher S. Wallace, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
