KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Lorin Downing � 0
<br />and Kay J. Downing, husband and wife, to Nebraska National Bank, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska National Bank, the beneficiary named therein, dated October 8, 1999, and filed in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of: Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument # 99 - 110694 on November 4, 1999,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that his Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, and
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />A Tract of land comprising all of Lots Forty One (41), Forth Two (42) and Forty Three (43),
<br />Excepting Therefrom, the Northerly Twenty (20.0) feet of said Lot Forty One (41), All in
<br />Bosselman Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
