<br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by that Trust Deed dated the 8t' day of May, 1998, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the
<br />11th day of May, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 104445 of the mortgage
<br />records of said county, between Martin Alvarez Jaquez and Marsha
<br />Alvarez Jaquez, husband and wife, as Trustor, First Bank of
<br />Nebraska, NA, Trustee and First Bank National Association n /k /a

<br />Trustors granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts
<br />therein expressed, the property hereinabove described to secure,
<br />among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and interest
<br />described in said Trust Deed according to the terms thereof and
<br />after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed
<br />authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach and default by
<br />the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed in the
<br />particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the
<br />Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which
