<br />WHEREAS, all the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed Theresa M. Cummings and Lisa NL Hornbussel, both single
<br />persons, as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, A Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Commercial Federal Mortgage
<br />Corporation the beneficiary named therein, dated March 27, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 97- 102208 and Beneficial Interest In said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
<br />Book Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty,
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
