<br />laws of Nebraska, also known as Transportation Equipment Co., a Nebraska corporation, GRANTOR, in
<br />consideration of SEVENTY -FIVE THOUSAND and NO /100 DOLLARS ($75,000.00) received from
<br />GRANTEE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, conveys to
<br />GRANTEE, the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
<br />§76 -201):
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Two (2), Nagy's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all improvements, appurtenances and personal property located thereon.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except easements
<br />and restrictions of records:
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
