<br />Know All Men by These Presents: Bell Federal Credit Union
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by M. Jeannette
<br />Doremus and Donald L. Doremus, Wife and Husband, to Bell Federal Credit Union for the benefit of
<br />Bell Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated March 21, 1997 and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Document 97- 102367 , has been paid and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
<br />or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
