<br />84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, records, as amended.
<br />said real estate owned by Archway Partnership, being a condominium and a part of The
<br />Yancey Condominium Regime, located at 123 North Locust, Grand Island, County of
<br />Hall, Nebraska.
<br />The filer of the lien hereby states that homeowners assessments, together with late
<br />charges, penalties and interest through May 24, 2001 remain unpaid in the amount of
<br />624.98 and are owed to the Association, pursuant to the Master Deed and Declaration
<br />as amended and revised.
