<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: i
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by\� \
<br />IVAN P WALSH AND SHARON L WALSH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 27. 1991 and recorded DECEMBER 9. 1991, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number, 91- 108245 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to

<br />THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
