<br />particularly described in condemnation recorded in Book "P ", Page 574, records of Hall County, Nebraska in Block
<br />Two (2), and that portion of Lot Thirteen (13), in Block Two (2), all in Sothman's Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Described as follows: Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of Lot Thirteen
<br />(13),running thence in a Southwesterly Direction along the Southerly line of said Lot Thirteen (13), a distance of 125
<br />feet to the Westerly line of said Lot, thence Northwesterly a distance of 24 feet along the Westerly Line of said Lot,
<br />thence in a Northeasterly Direction 125 feet along a line parallel to the Southerly line of said Lot Thirteen (13), to the
<br />Easterly Line of said Lot Thirteen (13), Thence in a Southeasterly Direction 24 feet along the Easterly line of said Lot
<br />13 to the Point of Beginning.
<br />TOGETHER, with the note or notes therein described or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon with interest,
<br />and all rights accrued or to accrue under said Deed of Trust.
