<br />200005,541 OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 24, 1998, executed by Jerome L. Grone and Arlene
<br />L. Grone, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #98- 106217 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 26th day of June, 1998.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />THE NORTHERLY 66 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 148.5 FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11),
<br />VANTINE'S SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING
<br />THEREFROM A TRIANGULAR TRACT MEASURING 17.0'X 20.6' X 26.23', BEING THE
<br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE AFOREDESCRIBED FRACTIONAL LOT ELEVEN (11),
<br />CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND FOR STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY, AND
<br />ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE WESTERLY SEVEN (7) FEET OF THE
<br />AFOREDESCRIBED FRACTIONAL LOT ELEVEN (11) WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN A
<br />WARRANTY DEED CONVEYANCE DATED MARCH 4, 1982, TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND FOR STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY, ALL IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 24, 1998, recorded as
<br />Document #98- 106217 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
