<br />created and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, and authorized to transact business in {�

<br />the State of Nebraska, with its principal place of business at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />herein referred to as Grantor, in consideration of One Hundred Twenty -Five Thousand /Dollars
<br />($125,500.00), received from Thomas V. DeRouchey, a single person of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto Grantee
<br />the following described real property in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska:
<br />Third
<br />Lot Four (4) Indian Head/Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together wil l all tenements, hereditaments,
<br />and appurtenances thereto belonging unto Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />And Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns that
<br />Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance except those of
<br />record; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; that Grantor warrants
<br />and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
