<br />said NE 1/4 a distance of 863.80 feet to a point which is 99.05 feet west of the
<br />southeast corner of Section 35, Township 13N, Range 11 W 6th P.M. Howard County, NE;
<br />thence S 00 degrees 02'25" E, a distance of 1904.18 feet to a point; thence N 88
<br />degrees 25'35" W a distance of 865.58 feet to a point on the west line of said NE
<br />1/4; thence N 00 degrees 00'00" E along and upon the west line of said NE 1/4 a
<br />distance of 1884.52 feet to the point o f beginning containing 37.599 acres more or
<br />less.
<br />Said Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents shall remain in full force and effect as to all other property described therein.
