Clark And Lola M. Clark, Husband And <br />Wife Each In His And Her Own Right And As Spouse Of Each Other, herein called the grantor whether <br />one or more, in consideration of Fifty Thousand and No /100ths Dollars ($50,000.00) received from grantees, does_ <br />grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto Michael P. Kerby And Lucille M.
