<br />You are hereby notified that on or about June 30, 2000, OTTACO ACCEPTANCE, INC. a
<br />Michigan corporation, filed its Petition and action in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />against JON WILLIAM ROJEWSKI, KIMBERLY ANN ROJEWSKI, THE EQUITABLE
<br />BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, EARL D. AHLSCHWEDE,
<br />ATTORNEY, TRUSTEE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, JOHN DOE and MARY DOE,
<br />REAL NAMES UNKNOWN; and ANY AND ALL PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM SOME
<br />LIEN UPON OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED BELOW, the object and
<br />prayer of which is to foreclose a certain tax sale certificate No. 654 which was originally issued on
<br />or about March 20, 1997 by the Hall County Treasurer, conveying the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block One Hundred Twenty -Three (123), Union Pacific Railroad
<br />Company, Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof,
