<br />the point of beginning; thence continuing on
<br />said bearing S 0005118" E 1153.82 Feet; thence
<br />S 89049,381, W 1315.15 Feet; thence N 0002,391,
<br />W 434.08 Feet; thence N 89050,08" E 735.03 Feet;
<br />thence N 0005118" E 710.19 Feet; thence N 88052,241,
<br />E 580 Feet to the point of beginning,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. This Deed
<br />corrects the deed recorded as Instrument No. 0200005010.
<br />Grantor has determined that the Grantee is the person
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey and release the same.
