<br />WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, formerly known as

<br />convey, without any covenant or warranty, express or implied, to HEAD START CHILD AND
<br />FAMILY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM , INC., a Nebraska nonprofit corporation (hereinafter
<br />called Grantee), the following described property:
<br />Lot 1, Lil' Cow Pokes Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />formerly known as
<br />Lots 3, 4, and 5, Warren Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and the Southerly Eighty (80) Feet of Lot Thirteen (13) in Warren
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
<br />To have and to hold the above - described property unto the Grantee, its successors and
<br />assigns.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on said Trustee by that certain
<br />deed of trust dated February 28, 1995, executed by Vito Cejauskas and Norma Jean Cejauskas, as
<br />Trustors, to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association (now known as Wells Fargo Bank
<br />Nebraska, National Association), as Trustee, and Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association
<br />(now known as Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association), as Beneficiary, recorded March
<br />1, 1995, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document Number 95-
<br />10 1168 of the Mortgage Records, to secure payment of one certain promissory note in the original
<br />sum of $285,000, and interest and other amounts, as therein provided (the "Deed of Trust ").
<br />Default has occurred under the terms of the Deed of Trust and the obligations secured
<br />thereby, as more particularly set forth in the Notice of Default recorded February 16, 2001, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200101199 (the
<br />"Notice of Default ").
<br />On February 22, 2001, copies of the Notice of Default, with the recording data shown
<br />thereon, were mailed to the Trustor and all interested parties by certified mail, return receipt
<br />requested, postage prepaid, to the addresses shown in the Deed of Trust.
<br />After the lapse of not less than one (1) month, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National
<br />Association, Trustee, in consequence of the Notice of Default and in compliance with the terms of
<br />the Deed of Trust, did publish a Notice of Trustee's Sale, stating that the above - described property
<br />would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash at the lower lobby of the Hall County
<br />Courthouse, 117 West First Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, on May 2, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. The
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale was published in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper having
<br />general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, with the first publication being made on March 23,
<br />2001, and thereafter on March 30, 2001; April 6, 2001 ; April 13, 2001; and April 20, 2001.
