<br />Saint Francis Medical Subdivision, Citv of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />defined in the Master Deed Creating Grand
<br />Island Doctors Building Condominium Property
<br />Regime, incorporated herein by this reference.
<br />Grantors covenant with Grantee that Grantors:
<br />1. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that
<br />it is free from encumbrances except a certain real estate
<br />mortgage to the Five Points Bank, dated January 25, 1980,
<br />and recorded as Document No. 80- 005679 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, which mortgage
<br />debt the Grantee assumes and agrees to pav as part of the
<br />purchase price of the above - described property;
<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convev
<br />the same;
<br />3. warrant and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
