<br />Larry E. Shaw and Susanne C. Shaw, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common

<br />Witnesseth, that the said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of

<br />receipt whereof is acknowledged, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto the said Grantee(s), the following described premises, situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska: The West One Half of Lot 6, in Vantine's Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />It being the intention of all parties hereto, that in the event of the death of either of said grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real
<br />estate described herein shall vest in the surviving grantee.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the Tenements, Hereditaments and Appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging unto the said Grantee(s) and Grantees' heirs or successors and assigns, forever.
