<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Off' Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RICHARD .A
<br />67" RUZICKA AND JOANN F RUZICKA, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated NOVEMBER 25, 1994 and
<br />recorded DECEMBER 2, 1994 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 94- 109596 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK TEN (10), GILBERT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
