<br />the north line of said Section 25, thence east along and upon said north line of said Section 25, a
<br />distance of 241.0 feet, thence south at an angle of 8EP45' to the right, a distance of 736.0 feet,
<br />thence west parallel to the north line of said Section 25, a distance of 241.0 feet, thence north a
<br />distance of 736.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.071 acres more or less.

<br />dollars ($61,051.00) of which there remains unpaid $45,011.00, and furnished the first of the
