<br />by Assignee in the amount of $280,600.00, the Lease dated 6/30/00 , wherein KUESTER LAKE,
<br />INC is the Lessor and Assignor as the Lessees, pertaining to the following described premises:
<br />LOT TWENTY NINE (29) LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE EAST PORTION
<br />OF KUESTERS LAKE, BEING PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4) OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11),
<br />RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $280,600.00, with interest and according
<br />to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
