<br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED; receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge, I hereby sell, set over, and
<br />assign unto Jeffrey F. Richardson and Jane L. Richardson, husband and wife, as joint tenants, the
<br />following property:
<br />A. All of my lease rights under Lease dated the 30th day of Jule , 2000 , wherein
<br />Kuester Lake, Inc., is the Lessor and Jeffrey F. Richardson and Jane L. Richardson
<br />are the Lessees, and pertaining to:
<br />Lot Twenty -Nine (29) located on the West side of the
<br />East portion of Kuesters Lake, being part of the East
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2 SW1 /4) of
<br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />Such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of
<br />the Lessor.
<br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises.
<br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said premises
<br />excepting:
<br />D. Stock Certificate No. 123 for 300 shares of the common stock of Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />I warrant that I am the owners of the above - described property, improvements and personal
<br />property on the above - described premises; that I am entitled to sell the same; that said property is
<br />free of all liens and encumbrances; and that I will warrant and defend the title to said property against
<br />the claims of any other persons whomsoever.
