Notice is hereby given that the Deed of Trust shall secure an amount not to exceed the amount actually advanced and outstanding on the Deed <br />of Trust as of May 26, 2001 . The Grantor is of the opinion that such amount is approximately $ 28, 571.00 <br />2.
