<br />All of the North Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (N 1/2
<br />S 1/z NW 1/4), Section Thirty -Three (33), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPTING Rainbow Lake Subdivision, Rainbow Lake Second
<br />Subdivision and Rainbow Lake Third Subdivision
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to
<br />distribution of the real estate from said Estate. GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES
<br />that GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
