<br /> time as the second party maintains the garaqes and �ather
<br /> buildings on the property where they now exist. In the event
<br /> that either of said buildings are removed or destroyed, this
<br /> easement shall terminate as to the building removed or destroyed

<br /> enter upon the first party' s real estate ad3acent to the easement �
<br /> area for the puzpose of painting, repairing, or in any other
