<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Mark E McGowan and
<br />Kimberly A McGowan, Husband and wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated June 2,1999, and recorded September 17, 1999 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Document No. 099 - 109206 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has
<br />been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), Indianhead Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 4168 Indianhead Rd, Grand Island, NE 68803.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to ch remises.
