<br />JAMES M. BENNETT and SHARON A. BENNETT, husband and wife, herein called
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and

<br />easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />The Westerly Ten (10.0) feet of the Northerly One Hundred Ninety and Six
<br />Hundredths (190.06) feet of Lot One (1), Hidden Lakes Subdivision Number
<br />Eight (8), Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above - described easement and right -of -way containing a combined total
<br />of 0.044 acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated 3/13/2000,
<br />marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
