On May 23, 2001, Dennis G. Vanosdall as Seller and Nancy K. Carruthers as <br />Buyer entered into a contract for the sale and purchase of the following described <br />property: <br />1. The contract among other things provides that a bill of sale, an assignment <br />of lease and stock and chattel certificate of title shall be held in escrow by Five Points <br />Bank of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska until payment in full of the purchase price <br />which among other things is payable in 300 monthly installments of $650.00 per month <br />commencing on the first day of July, 2001 and ending on the 1 st day of June, 2026. <br />3.
