On May 23, 2001, Dennis G. Vanosdall as Seller and Nancy K. Carruthers as

<br />The South Half (S1 /2) of Lot Fifteen (15), and all of Lot Sixteen (16),
<br />having a lake front footage of 70 feet, situated on the East side of the East
<br />Portion of Kuester Lake and being located on a part of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1/4) in Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as shown on a plat of said property in the possession Kuester Lake, Inc.,
<br />and known as No. 38, Kuester Lake, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />2. The contract among other things provides that a bill of sale, an assignment
<br />of lease and stock and chattel certificate of title shall be held in escrow by Five Points
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska until payment in full of the purchase price
<br />which among other things is payable in 300 monthly installments of $650.00 per month
<br />commencing on the first day of July, 2001 and ending on the 1 st day of June, 2026.
