<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Kelly Lundgren and
<br />Gerard Lundgren, Wife and Husband to Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a/Bell Federal Credit Union
<br />for the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union f /k /a Bell Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated August 23, 1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in instrument 40099108642 has been paid and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
