Zepeda, as husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, did on or about November 26, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal <br />Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following - <br />described real property: <br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), excepting the Westerly <br />One - Hundred Seventy -Six feet (176') in Block One <br />(1), Koehler Place, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, a Wyoming <br />Corporation, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 1, 1997, in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 110072. <br />On or about November 26, 1997, Major Mortgage, a Wyoming Corporation, Beneficiary, <br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal <br />Mortgage Corporation.
