In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security <br />Instrument, Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: <br />After the determined period of time noted below, maker may pre -pay in whole or in part, without penalty, the then <br />outstanding principal balance. In the event maker prepays in whole or in part a portion of the outstanding principal <br />balance and accrued interest prior to this prescribed period, maker shall pay in addition to such prepayment a <br />prepayment penalty according to the following: <br />If within 3 year(s) from the date of execution ofthe deed of trust or mortgage, you <br />make a full prepayment or partial prepayment(s), you will at the same time pay to us a prepayment charge.
