<br />Village of Alda, a Nebraska unit of Local Government, herein called Mortgagee, does
<br />mortgage to Mortgagee the following described premises situated in Hall County and the
<br />State of Nebraska to wit: (legal description)
<br />PART OF BLOCK FOUR (4) IN BROWN'S ADDITION TO ALDA, HALL COUN'T'Y, NEBRASKA, DESCRIBED
<br />AS BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF FIFTY
<br />FEET (50') EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID BLOCK FOUR (4), THENCE SOUTHERLY
<br />PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID BLOCK FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET, THENCE
<br />EASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID BLOCK FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF 75
<br />FEET, THENCE NORTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID BLOCK FOUR (4) A
<br />DISTANCE OF 150 FEET, THENCE WESTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK
<br />FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />And Mortgagor covenants to and with Mortgagee that Mortgagor is lawfully seized of
<br />said premises, that Mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same,
<br />that they are free and clear from all encumbrances and restrictions and that Mortgagor
<br />warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever.
<br />This Mortgage is given to secure the repayment schedule of the Promissory Note dated
<br />t4p r i I 18 C -o , for deferred loan monies to be received
<br />by the Mortgagor.
<br />In the event of default in the performance of any of the terms and conditions of this
<br />Mortgage or Promissory Note secured by it, the Mortgagee shall be entitled to immediate
<br />possession of the property during such time as mortgage indebtedness remains unpaid.
