<br />tenants in common, conveys to GRANTEES, the following- described

<br />life estate which the Grantor hereby reserves unto herself
<br />therein, situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE %) of Section Twelve
<br />(12), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />excepting therefrom tracts conveyed to the
<br />State of Nebraska by Warranty Deeds recorded
<br />in Book 77, at Page 496; in Book 177, at Page
<br />656; and in Document 82- 003580; and except,
<br />the following described tract conveyed by
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 94-
<br />100646:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEV,) of Section Twelve
<br />(12), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />First, to ascertain the point of beginning,
<br />start at the Southeast corner of said SEV4;
<br />thence running westerly along and upon the
<br />South line of said SEV, a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Seventy Eight (278.0) feet to the
<br />actual point of beginning; thence continuing
<br />westerly along and upon the South line of said
<br />SE1/ a distance of Six Hundred Eighty (680.0)
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 90 °00' and
<br />running northerly a distance of Six Hundred
<br />Forty -One (641.0) feet; thence deflecting
<br />right 90 000' and running easterly, parallel
<br />with the South line of said SE1/ a distance of
<br />Six Hundred Eighty (680.0) feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 90 °00' and running southerly

<br />This Corrective Warranty Deed is recorded to correct the
<br />legal description reflected in the Warranty Deed dated June 19,
<br />2000, and recorded June 21, 2000, in the office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds as Document No. 200005083.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one)
<br />with GRANTEES that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the
