TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C. AND RAYMOND J O'CONNOR AND JIM D <br />NARBER <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated September 14, 1998 and recorded September 16, 1998 as <br />Document # 98- 109051. in the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, has been paid, and said <br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />ALSO RELEASING EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 18, 1999 AND RECORDED <br />DECEMBER 6, 1999 AS DOCUMENT # 0099111579; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />LOT THREE (3), AND LOT FOUR (4) OAKWOOD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />Dated this 27th day of June , 2000. <br />Arend R.
