Grantor, a corporation <br />organized and existing under and by the laws of the State of Nebraska <br />In consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Considerations ($1.00) <br />Received from grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Claude F. Markham and Vicki S.
