200104928 <br />That the consideration for said deed was and is cancellation of debt in the <br />amount of the net proceeds received by the Equitable Building and Loan Association of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, FSB, grantee. This Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure is not a full <br />and complete settlement of the lender's claim against Dee Graves, but merely a partial <br />settlement.
